LegalContracts has an excellent user interface. In fact, it’s one of the best we’ve seen from any legal template provider. With big bright icons to choose what you want to go into your contract, you’ll probably find using LegalContracts a pleasure. Who’d have thought anyone could have said that about legal documentation?But ultimately, it’s the quality of the document that it produces that matters. You’re not that shallow after all? Are you?

LegalContracts makes it clear that it DOES NOT provide so called “legal advice”. In fact, its terms and conditions clearly exclude responsibility for:- advice on which legal documents are best for your situation;
- legal consequences from how you created your legal document;
- whether you have included inappropriate, conflicting, or ambiguous information;
- whether you have left out any necessary provisions;
- whether any additional legal documents or procedures are required.
So, if any of the above are important to you, then you might be best to consult with a lawyer rather than rely on LegalContracts automated DIY service.
